This is a 36 year-old female who desired a mommy makeover.  She is a mother of two children and breastfed.  She reported she was an “A” to a “B” cup and her breasts felt droopy and uneven.  She desired to be a “C” cup and also wanted to address the excess skin on her abdomen.  Smooth round silicone 286 cc implants were selected.  Her post-operative photos were taken 8 months following surgery.
